Ingredients
- 16 extra-large Lombardi’s Gulf shrimp, peeled with tail on
- 8 slices thick-cut bacon, cut in half

- 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (thyme, oregano, parsley), chopped
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
Preparation
- Preheat and Prepare Bacon:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Lay out the raw bacon slices on a baking sheet and add ½ cup of water to the sheet.
- Cook the bacon in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the water evaporates and the bacon is about 70% cooked.
- Remove the bacon from the oven and let it cool to room temperature.
- Season the Shrimp:
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the Gulf shrimp, all-purpose seasoning blend, olive oil, and chopped fresh herbs.
- Toss gently to coat the shrimp evenly.
- Wrap and Secure:

- Use a toothpick to secure the bacon around each shrimp.
- Bake to Perfection:
