Ingredients

  • 16 extra-large Lombardi’s Gulf shrimp, peeled with tail on
  • 8 slices thick-cut bacon, cut in half

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Preparation

  1. Preheat and Prepare Bacon:
    • Preheat your oven to 400°F.
    • Lay out the raw bacon slices on a baking sheet and add ½ cup of water to the sheet.
    • Cook the bacon in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the water evaporates and the bacon is about 70% cooked.
    • Remove the bacon from the oven and let it cool to room temperature.
  2. Season the Shrimp:
    • In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the Gulf shrimp, all-purpose seasoning blend, olive oil, and chopped fresh herbs.
    • Toss gently to coat the shrimp evenly.
